LATT EOOD is a company with portfolio in the field of landscape architecture and conventional architecture.
We are doing feasibility studies, surveying, expertises for existing trees, dendrological and phytosanitary analysis, design, consultancy, managing at the field of landscaping architecture. The Green roofs are achievements we are seeking and succeeding in.
At the field of the conventional architecture we are doing surveying, design, supervising, consultancy, investment control, project management for every functional building type. We have practical experience especially at the details development and defects inspections.
Our design work deliver harmony between the surrounding areas, the landscaping and the building itself. We believe this is the way to sustainable development. Ecological design principles implementing geothermal energy, local building materials (wood, straw) are the once we have followed and give us optimism for the future of the next generations.
We can provide full design spectrum services to all our Clients. Complex and in the same time individual manner to each task and Client is something we are applying.
